If you want to send a gift to Ukraine but can’t find it in our regular collections, you can place a Custom Order. Ukraine Gift Delivery will ensure your loved ones receive the specific present you have in mind.

How It Works:

1. Contact us with all the details and preferences for your desired gift, including type, color, size, and budget.

2. Allow 3-5 days for us to research the market and find available options.

3. Our service fee is 35% of the gift’s cost (minimum fee: $40).

4. Choose the most suitable option from the ones we provide.

5. We send you a custom invoice; once paid, your order becomes active in our system.

6. We deliver your order on the requested date.

Important Information:

• Please budget 3-5 business days for the delivery of custom gifts. Unlike our regular collection, custom gifts are not kept in stock. We order them from independent suppliers, inspect them for quality, wrap them, and then deliver them.

• To ensure on-time delivery, please place your custom orders at least one week in advance for major holidays like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Women’s Day.

• Due to minimal markup on custom gifts, we do not offer discounts, free delivery, refunds for cancellations, or the 5% cashback program on these orders.
